CVI app for iPhone and iPad

The aim of this app is to make it easier to find out whether a person is entitled for certification of visual impairment.
All that is required is that you enter the visual acuity and visual field of the better eye and the app will produce the likely entitlement for the person.
If you are a patient and use this app, please consult your ophthalmologist if you have any queries. This app does not guarantee that you will be certified.
